Chris Morrison, co-founder and trustee of the Ruamahanga Restoration Trust attended an Investiture Ceremony at Government House on 23 April 2021, where the New Zealand Governor-General, Her Excellency The Rt Hon Dame Patsy Reddy presented Chris with his badge of honour as a Member of the New Zealand Order of Merit (MNZM)
Students got stuck into a two-day restoration programme in the lowland forest wetland area around Rathkeale College this week — all made possible thanks to support from the Ruamahanga Restoration Trust, along with funding assistance from Eastern & Central Community Trust.
